CEO/MANAGING PARTNER

David Perritt is the CEO of Signature One, bringing over a decade of experience and a strategic vision to club and lifestyle management. Renowned for his transformative leadership, he has enhanced operational efficiencies and elevated member experiences across a wide range of club environments. David previously held senior leadership roles with ICON Management, Troon Golf, Marriott Golf, and Lennar Homes, where he streamlined operations and successfully launched numerous golf facilities across multiple states. His expertise spans financial management, member relations, and operational strategy, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional service.

PRESIDENT/MANAGING PARTNER

Wes Miller is a hospitality-driven executive and culture-focused leader with more than 15 years of executive leadership experience and over two decades in club and community operations. As Co-Founder and President of ICON Management Services, he led significant growth, expanding the organization to over 2,000 employees, managing more than 100 properties, and serving 50,000+ homes while establishing the “Iconic Service” philosophy centered on genuine care and hospitality. Having risen from frontline operations to executive leadership, Wes is passionate about mentoring leaders and building high-performing, service-oriented teams. As President of Signature One Management, he is dedicated to elevating communities through intentional leadership, operational excellence, and people-first service.

MANAGING PARTNER

Jon is a seasoned golf and resort industry executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning private, semi-private, resort, and daily fee facilities. Throughout his career with organizations such as ClubCorp and Arnold Palmer Golf Management, he has held leadership roles including General Manager, Regional Vice President, investor, owner, and land use advisor, contributing to the management and strategic repositioning of approximately 160 golf and resort properties across the United States. Jon has been a trusted advisor to major lending institutions, guiding acquisition, recovery, and disposition strategies while driving operational improvements and securing key government entitlements. Today, his primary focus centers on identifying acquisition opportunities and collaborating with lenders and investors to successfully develop and reposition club properties.

CFO

Doreen Cole is the Chief Financial Officer of Signature One, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading accounting and finance operations across diverse industries. Known for her strong business acumen and leadership, she has built high-performing teams within owner/operator, joint-venture, and third-party management organizations, including property management, real estate development, homebuilding, telecommunications, and public transportation. Doreen previously served as CFO of ICON Management Services and as a director in the customer finance department at Troon Golf, following the company’s acquisition of ICON. A New York State CPA, she holds a BSBA in Accounting from Western New England University and began her career in public accounting serving real estate and private club clients.

REGIONAL COMMUNITY MANAGER

Greg Roughgarden, CMCA, AMS, is a hospitality-driven community management leader with more than 13 years of experience, including nearly a decade in community association management. As Regional Community Manager with Signature One, he focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences through a balance of operational excellence and service-first leadership. Greg holds a Master of Science from the University of Cincinnati and maintains both CMCA and AMS credentials, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence. Prior to joining Signature One, he spent nearly six years with Lennar, overseeing more than $50 million in community assets across Southwest Florida. Known for his proactive communication and relationship-focused approach, Greg builds strong partnerships with residents, boards, and developers to create communities that are both well-managed and highly valued.

DIRECTOR OF AGRONOMY

Jamie McCrosky is a seasoned agronomy leader with over 25 years of experience in golf course maintenance and turf management. As Director of Agronomy with Fusion Golf Partners, he oversees quality control of golf turf and amenity grounds, drawing on prior leadership roles with ICON Management and Troon Golf, including serving as Superintendent at Lakewood National Golf Club and Innisbrook Resort. Jamie successfully managed preparations for multiple professional tournaments, including the Korn Ferry Tour’s Lecom Suncoast Classic and several PGA Tour events, and contributed to Lakewood National’s recognition as the #1 course in the country for conditions in 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture and Turfgrass Management from the University of Rhode Island and is known for his expertise in agronomy development, construction and renovation due diligence, and team training.

DIRECTOR OF CULINARY OPERATIONS

Craig Chibbaro is a seasoned hospitality executive with more than 30 years of experience specializing in culinary excellence and elevated food and beverage operations. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, he is recognized for his expertise in menu engineering, operational efficiency, and high-end service execution across premier country clubs and hospitality-driven communities. Craig previously served as Regional Food & Beverage Director for the Arnold Palmer Group and held leadership roles with Compass Group, where he enhanced dining programs, optimized costs, and strengthened team performance. Passionate about mentorship and member-focused service, he is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences through innovative, seasonally inspired cuisine and detail-oriented hospitality.
